I have added a general list of my niche sites (in top bar) to track my efforts and progress. Overall, you will see that I have focused alot of my effort on just a few sites and have currently placed alot of my site-building on hold. It’s nice to see all my sites listed along with the pertinent information, but I feel like I should be farther along. Oh well.
As I said in an earlier post, I am really concentrating my time on just one site – niche site #6. The other day I was excited to see that my backlinking efforts were paying off as the site moved to position #16 in Google. Unfortunately, I was mistakenly excited about the Adsense earnings for that same day as they did not correlate with the rise in ranking but instead to a Stumble of one of my posts (which I had completely forgotten about). But I am still optimistic that getting on the first page of Google will start getting me some Adsense clicks.
Well, today I was at position #12 in Google for my main keyword (after falling from #16 to #25) so I am moving in the right direction as I continue to add backlinks. I am using my main keyword as my anchor text for backlinks and it is clearly responsible to moving my site up. But still not seeing much traffic.
But now I am actually heading off to bed a bit early. I have been staying up too late at night working on backlinks and stuff and it is catching up with me.

I hear ya on staying up to late! I’ve bailed before 10:30pm the last two nights! You’ve got a huge set of sites! I think you beat me LOL
