Wow, it has been almost 4 months since I lasted posted here. I was hoping to use this blog to keep track of my niche site building activity but things have been too busy and I just wasn’t motivated. But I am going to try again and see if I can keep this blog updated.

However, I think I will take a bit of a different approach here and not spend too much time tracking my niche sites. Instead I will just talk about my efforts in general in trying to move from working outside of the home to working from home.

Comsidering it has been 4 months since my last post you would think that I would have alot of things to report, but I really don’t. Niche site building takes alot of time and I have taken a sort of scatter-shot approach, so I haven’t seen too much in the way of earning money. But I do feel like I have learned so much over the past few months and continue to put what I have learned into practice. I feel pretty optimistic that my work will pay off eventually.

I really love what I do online but since I still work full-time, I don’t have alot of time each day to get as much done as I would like. I am trying to outsource a few things, but my budget is so small that it is difficult. So I will just keep plugging along and enjoy whatever progress I make.

I am hoping in about a year from now (or sooner) I will no longer be working outside the home and can focus more attention on my online activities. At a minimum, I think I am laying some good groundwork for the day that I start working from home.
